Grayson had an okay evening Saturday night. He slept for about 3.5 hours, but was quite fussy and uncomfortable after that. Sunday was a better day than Saturday. Grayson had a fever for most of the day on Saturday and that has subsided. He appeared to be in a bit less pain than the previous two days, although his belly is quite swollen. He has a new incision on his belly that goes from one side to the other about five inches long. The little man has plenty of battle scars already. We are hoping that we will be able to start him on some fluids by mouth in the next day or two.
We were very thankful that Brooke took time out of her schedule to visit us at the hospital today.
Today was also the divisional round of the football playoffs, although Grayson couldn't enjoy the Patriots game as much as he would have liked, he did the best he could.
I am sure he was dreaming about the game while sleeping. Do you think he was cheering for Brady? I hope VAL was able to get some rest - seems like Grayson used it all up. Love and kisses....will be there on Wed.
